It’s not just a phase. It’s your life.

Sorry, cat lovers, although he is pictured with me above, you will not find Dexter in my office. What you will find is a safe and welcoming space, and a therapist who respects and values gender, sexual, and neurodiversity.

Maybe you are here because somebody close to you keeps referring to some aspect of your identity as “just a phase,” and you would like reassurance to the contrary and support in staying true to yourself. Or perhaps you are entering a new stage of life—adolescence, early adulthood, midlife—and need help navigating new roles and responsibilities. Whatever your reason for considering therapy, and wherever you are on your journey, I’m glad you’re here, preparing to reach out to someone.
